What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer, a British therapist. RTT combines principles from several well-established forms of psychotherapy, including:

  • Hypnotherapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

  • Psychotherapy techniques

RTT aims to uncover the root cause of a person's issue quickly and efficiently—often in one to three sessions—and to create deep, lasting change by rewiring limiting beliefs and emotional patterns at the subconscious level.

what are the benefits?

RTT is promoted as a solution for a variety of issues, such as:

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Phobias and fears

  • Addictions

  • Weight issues

  • Self-esteem and confidence

  • Performance blocks (e.g., public speaking, sports)

And the list goes on.

Hypnotherapy has a positive effect not only on the client but also on the hypnotherapist themselves, because our subconscious is incredibly deep, and every interaction with it—every piece of work related to it—brings about change.
